Section 3 — Return & Refund Policy for Adult Products

Due to the intimate nature of our products and applicable health and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for return, including but not limited to change of mind, preference, or sizing.
Returns are accepted only for:

1. Sealed, unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery (customer bears return shipping cost);
2. Items that arrived damaged or materially different from the product description (photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery).

All orders are billed discreetly. Your credit card or bank statement will display a charge from "SUSTORY" — no product descriptions or adult content references will appear on your statement.
