Most buyers confirm within 7–14 days of shipping. Your commission moves to "approved" status at this point.
Monthly payout run
We process all approved commissions once a month. If your balance is $100 or over, payment goes to your PayPal.

How much can I earn?
You’ll earn 10% commission on qualifying sales you refer. For example, an order with a commissionable value of $100 earns you $10. Your total earnings depend on the qualifying purchases made by your referrals.
How and when will I get paid?
Commissions are paid via PayPal after the referred orders have been reviewed and approved.We pay commissions via PayPal every 30 days, with no minimum payout amount.Before each payout, we review referred orders to confirm they qualify for commission. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders aren’t eligible.
What if someone clicks my link but buys later?
Your affiliate link has a 30-day tracking window. If someone clicks your link and makes a qualifying purchase within 30 days, you can still earn commission.If they click another affiliate’s link before purchasing, that referral may be credited to the other affiliate instead.
Can I earn commission through my discount code?
Yes. Qualifying orders placed using your assigned affiliate discount code can earn you commission, even if the customer doesn’t click your link first.Share both your link and code so your audience can easily find the products and use your offer.
Do I need a website or a large following to apply?
No. You can apply with your social media profiles, blog, or website. Creators with smaller communities are welcome.We look at your content, genuine audience engagement, and how you plan to introduce Sustory. Every application is reviewed individually.
Which Sustory products should I promote?
Start with products that match your content and your audience’s interests. You can introduce specific designs, share product comparisons, or help your community explore different options.Keep your recommendations honest, and only describe personal experience with products you’ve actually tried.
Does joining include free products or paid posts?
The affiliate program rewards you through commission on qualifying sales. Free products and fixed-fee posts are separate collaboration opportunities and aren’t guaranteed by joining.If you have a product or content idea in mind, include it in your application so we can consider it.
How can I check my results or report a missing referral?
You’ll have access to reporting on your referrals and commissions.If a purchase appears to be missing, contact us at service@sustory.com with your affiliate link or code, the approximate purchase date, and any available order reference. We’ll review the attribution and explain the outcome.
